PSychotherapy practice
Bilingual Franco-British therapist and psychoanalyst, I practise psychodynamic psychotherapy at my office in central Paris and online.
My approach which is based on psychoanalysis, focuses not only on conscious processes but also explores unconscious motivations and unresolved past conflicts which influence behaviour.
In a safe and strictly confidential space, I work with people step-by-step to gain clarity, and to find concrete ways to move forward. I specialise in acculturation and identity/self-esteem issues, anxiety and depression, the resolution of conflict and difficult relationships, and navigating personal or professional transition.
A member of the French Federation of Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis (FF2P), I have a Masters degree in Human Sciences and Psychology from Cambridge University and a D.U (diplôme universitaire) in Kleinian Psychoanalysis from Université Paris Cité. I am also trained in psychodrama.
The questions which were at the heart of my PhD research: how we build our identities, connect with others and find a sense of belonging, continue to inspire the work I do. I have lectured at Sciences Po, in Paris and Reims, and also have solid experience in designing and conducting training programmes related to emotional intelligence, managing stress, mediating conflict and communicating effectively across cultures for international organisations, including the WOAH (World Organisation for animal health) and Messika amongst others.
